To ensure we can provide the best possible service experience, we encourage customers to schedule appointments online whenever possible. However, if you need service within the next 2 business days, please call our office directly so we can confirm availability and accommodate your request as quickly as possible. Our team will be happy to assist you with scheduling your service needs.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We can only accommodate a small number of waiting appointments per day for express services like oil changes, tire service, and batteries.  If you require a waiting appointment, we ask you to call into office at 781-837-8384 to make arrangements please.    

Please know that Lucchetti's is committed to helping customers in emergency situations. Tow-ins will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis after or between customers with scheduled appointments. 

ALL customers are asked to use our EXPRESS Key Drop Box located conveniently at the front of our building when dropping off your vehicle - even during work hours!
