This is the only place my loved ones and I trust when it comes to our vehicles, whether it's purchasing a newer vehicle, repairing our current ones or with service such as inspections and diagnostics. For my own personal experience with Lucchetti's... I've had my car regularly maitanced and repaired in their shop. The guys are really nice, helpful, honest and very good at what they do. Their prices are reasonable and the best I've seen around. Inside is very comfortable and clean. The team they have are great! I personally met with Chris and David, they really do make you feel like you're family and not just a "customer". Not only did they always take the time to listen and take good care of me and my car but they also found me my dream car that I've been searching for, under my budget price and over my expectations. Coming from Southern NH to pay visit to Lucchetti's in Marshfield MA is no short drive. Peter Amaral helped to make that visit one that I would do again without hesitation. From the start, I was given the respect and attention that I would have only anticipated to a lifetime customer or personal friend to the family....and because of that, they have earned my trust as a future returning customer. After my vehicle was backed into while parked, I went to three local auto body shops for estimates. I was most impressed with Lucchetti’s because of how honest and thorough their assessment was. After booking the repairs, the process was seamless. They kept me updated on the progress/timing over the span of 1.5 weeks and worked directly with my auto insurance regarding cost increases. I didn’t have to make a single call to a third party including the rental car service. Luchetti’s staff was knowledgable, professional and friendly. The completed work was also perfect, with no evidence of a single scratch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service with a small shop feel. I was told they focus on quality over quantity, working on fewer vehicles at a time compared to some of the larger auto body shops in the area. I bought my 2014 Honda from Lucchettis in 2019. I decided to stay with them for service, one of the best decisions I ever made! The service department has always been great but recently, they saved me thousands of repair dollars. After over 2 hours of trying to determine why my heat wouldn’t shut off, they were ready to remove the dashboard, which would incur a 4 digit repair! Happily, Jeffrey wanted to make one last attempt to release a jammed duct door…he was successful in dislodging a piece of glass that had fallen into the vent! On Valentine’s Day, I had a piece of ice fly from a truck into my windshield, glass was everywhere! I’m so so grateful that he didn’t give up! This is just one instance of how they care for their customers…I won’t go anywhere else!... More

This is the second time I have gone to Lucchetti's for service and I cannot say enough about them. Sean and Brian have always been extremely attentive and communicative. The most impressive and truly valuable aspect of this place is their honesty. This most recent repair I was told "I want to honest, you do not need to get this done, but it may be in your best interest." I will always trust their opinion. I can confidently say they will do the right thing, every time.

Ok so let me start off by saying I never read or leave reviews for any businesses. So this experience was so far above and beyond that I had to say something. Customer service is becoming increasingly rare these days, so much so I think today we all set the bar fairly low and just getting someone who’s remotely competent seems like a win now. So here’s my story… I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Lucchetti’s last year, the process was easy and hassle free. If this was my experience then I would have never written a review. I’m writing this because a few weeks ago I was traveling out of state in my Jeep when it began overheating on the highway. I was hundreds of miles from home so I had it towed to the closest Jeep dealer. After being stranded for hours on the side of the road, they treated me like I was the problem. I remembered that I received a recall notice recently and it was something about leaking coolant. I asked the dealer about it and he said that my Jeep did have this recall. After a week they still hadn’t looked at it so I was forced to fly back home and leave it there. When they finally got around to my Jeep they called me and said it was likely caused by the recall for loose bolts in the thermostat but if I wanted them to fix it I’d have to pay almost $400 in diagnostic cost “to confirm” this first!? I was so angry when I got off the phone I called Lucchetti's and vented to them about the whole ordeal. To my surprise, they listened to me and agreed something sounded off about having to paying for diagnostics on a recall. David, from Lucchetti’s, reached out to the dealer that had my Jeep and got the same non answer runaround. By now my Jeep had been there for over two weeks and it looked like it was going to cost me a lot of time and money just to get it back. The stress of having to take days out of work to go get it and the anxiety of driving it back, unsure if they fixed it right was weighing on me. This is when Lucchetti’s really came through for me. Not only did they listen and try to intervene on my behalf, they understood how difficult this ordeal was for me and how I felt uneasy about the other dealer and the drive home so they arranged to have one of their car carrier trucks pick up my jeep and truck it back to their service center for me. Just 48 hours later Shawn from Lucchetti’s called me to say the repairs were complete and covered under warranty and my jeep was ready for pickup. This was customer service above and beyond what I ever expected. I’m a customer for life now and tell everyone I know about this experience.... More

Our family has been customers of Lucchetti's Complete Auto Center for almost 20 years. They never disappoint- We have confidently purchased at least a dozen cars at Lucchetti's and had all of them serviced and repaired in house by a team of experts. Oil changes, auto body and inspections all handled by the team at Lucchetti's where they have gone above and beyond to exceed our needs. Top notch in all areas of service and quality. I would give 10 stars if an option!
