The professionalism and kindness of their employees in helping me deal with an unfortunate situation was phenomenal! I was referred to Lucchetti's by a friend and I've brought two different vehicles there in the past year for body work/repair. I've been very happy with the outcome both times, they do excellent work! I've been helped by Chris (owner), Sean H & Jared, and they've been on time, professional and courteous every step of the way. Lucchettis helped me get my first ever car a 2003 mustang gt and I’ve loved it since the second I got it. David helped me with the whole thing and just made buying a car for the first time an amazing experience. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lucchetti's. They will be our first stop for all future purchases. Dave Belmore is outstanding. His highly competent, thoughtful and fair approach are pervasive in the organization.
We had trouble with a soft top purchase with one of the sales. Dave was patient and assistive until it was resolved.
The service center has also been responsive and professional.
I highly recommend Lucchetti's without reservation.

This is the second time I have gone to Lucchetti's for service and I cannot say enough about them. Sean and Brian have always been extremely attentive and communicative. The most impressive and truly valuable aspect of this place is their honesty. This most recent repair I was told "I want to honest, you do not need to get this done, but it may be in your best interest." I will always trust their opinion.
